Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sarvopari, we strive to provide the best physiotherapy and wellness services to all our clients. However, we understand that plans can change.

Appointment Cancellations:

• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

Refunds:

• Advance payments are adjusted against your session fee when you attend the appointment.

• Refunds are processed only if the session is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation terms.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
